If you have any complaints about the services you have experienced pass your complaint via the email to our customer contact department. This can be by email, regular mail and / or by telephone. Our employees in the customer contact department will review the complaint. Kaaskraam will always try to resolve the complaint to everyone’s satisfaction.

Upon receipt of your complaint, you will receive a confirmation from us. We will answer your complaint within 14 days of receipt, if it requires more time, we will notify you.
If you do not appreciate this, you can also always contact the department of the Webshop Keurmerk Foundation, where KaasKraam is affiliated. Should the mediation attempt for some reason not lead to a satisfactory solution, then there is the possibility of submitting your dispute to the Disputes Committee (SGC).
