French Comté cheese
Comté Cheese is produced from raw milk collected from cows, which graze at the foot of French Jura Mountains. The cheese is made using traditional methods and is a protected product. That means they can only use milk from Montbeliard cows that graze high on the mountain meadows of herbs and grasses and no preservatives may be added. After 10 months of aging it is a tasty, spicy cheese.
