Landgoed cheese is treated twice a week with specially developed mountain cheese culture during refining (maturing) at a higher temperature. The combination between this beautiful goat cheese and fenugreek will surprise your taste buds.
Goat Cheese with Fenugreek
The herbal aromatic fenugreek has been added to this Dutch goat cheese, making it a nice blend of soft, creamy goat cheese and the characteristic herb. It gives the cheese a soft touch and a sweet taste that you will obviously love.
This Cheese is made by cheesemaker Herbert Nijland, that with this special edition has made a unique and delicious goat cheese. Ideally for on a slice of bread, but also very good in combination with a drink.
Fenugreek is an herb with a nutty taste. People with nut allergies are allowed to eat this cheese simply because it is an herb.
